Elegant, quintessentially English dry sparkling wine. Clean, balanced and refined. Hand-picked, locally sourced grapes from the South East, aged for 12 months on the lees after the secondary fermentation in the bottle. 

Subtle notes of biscuit and brioche balance classic elderflower and citrus acidity and sweetness, with fine bubbles and a vibrant mouthfeel. Unsweetened, to express the true character of the grapes and to provide the dry, refined character. Best enjoyed on its own, as an aperitif.
